The terms “Linus & Crafts,” “we,” and “us” include Linus Crafts LLC and our affiliates and subsidiaries. The terms “you,” “yours” and “User/s” refer to anyone who uses our website or seeks our Services. This Privacy Policy explains our online and offline information practices, the kinds of information we may collect, how we intend to use and share that information, and how you can make choices regarding the collection, use and transfer of your Personal Information. Linus & Crafts collects Personal Information regarding its current, prospective, and former clients, customers, users, visitors, guests, and Employees. (Collectively referred to as "Individuals").

Our servers automatically record certain information about how Individuals use our Services (we refer to this information as "Event Data"). Event Data may include information such as an Individual’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, operating system, browser type and language, hardware type, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use Event Data to administer the Services and we analyse (and may engage third parties to analyse) Event Data to improve, customize and enhance our Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to Individuals’ needs and preferences. For example, we will retain your shopping history and use details of the products you have previously purchased to make suggestions to you for other products which we believe you will be interested in. And we will retain and evaluate information on your recent visits to our website and how you move around different sections of our website for analytics purposes to understand how people use our website to that we can make it more intuitive. We may use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.

A. Necessary Cookies. Necessary cookies help make a website usable by enabling basic functions like page navigation and access to secure areas of the website. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.

8. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
In General, Linus & Crafts retains the Personal Information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defences, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. How long we retain Personal Information varies according to the type of information in question and the purpose for which it is used. We delete Personal Information within a reasonable period after we no longer need to use it for the purpose for which it was collected. In general, we will retain your Personal Information for twenty-four months since our last contact or if you are a customer, for the duration of your commercial relationship with us and ten years thereafter. This does not affect your right to request that we delete your Personal Information before the end of its retention period. We may archive your Personal Data (which means storing it in inactive files) for a certain period prior to its final deletion, as part of our ordinary business continuity procedures for use in the event of a litigation or dispute or for standard accounting and audit purposes.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
The website may contain links to other websites and other websites may reference or link to our website or other services. These other domains and websites are not controlled by us, and Linus & Crafts does not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or social media platforms. We encourage our Users to read the privacy policies of each and every website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk. The website and our other Services may also contain links and interactive features with various social media platforms (e.g., widgets). If you already use these platforms, their cookies may be set on your device when using our website or other services. You should be aware that Personal Information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in a publicly accessible blog, chat room, social media platform or otherwise online, or that you share in an open forum may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions. 10. ONWARD TRANSFER - INFORMATION WE SHARE
We may share your information as described in this Privacy Policy (e.g., with our third-party service providers; to comply with legal obligations; to protect and defend our rights and property) or with your permission.
A. Information Shared with Our Services Providers. We may engage third-party services providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services. Some of examples of these third-party’s services are payment processing, shipping, and handling returns. These third-party services providers have access to your Personal Information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are expressly obligated not to disclose or use your Personal Information for any other purpose. When you make a payment, the third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, or PayPal) receives your full payment information and we receive only a funding confirmation.

E. Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. In such event, Linus & Crafts will endeavour to direct the transferee to use Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such Personal Information was collected.

11. DATA TRANSFERS BY CONSENT
All Personal Information collected via or by Linus & Crafts will be stored the United States, in the cloud, on our servers, on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our service providers. Such transfers are necessary for providing our Services to you. Linus & Crafts will continue to protect the Personal Information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, your Personal Information may be requested by law enforcement authorities in certain countries that do not provide adequate or equivalent protection and have no adequate safeguards to maintain your privacy. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from Linus & Crafts for the exercise of your privacy rights.

14. EMAIL
We will ask your permission before we send you marketing emails. If, at any time, you decide you want to opt out of marketing emails, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding Linus & Crafts and our Services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding updates to our Terms or this Privacy Policy).

For example, if you have opted out on your computer browser, that opt out will not be effective on your mobile device. You must separately opt out on each device. Advertisements on third-party websites that contain the AdChoices link and that link to this Privacy Policy may have been directed to you based on anonymous, non-Personal Information collected by advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements provide a mechanism to opt out of the advertising partners’ use of this information for interest-based advertising purposes.

16. Additional Information for California residents
If you are a California resident using the Services, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") grants you the right to request access to and deletion of the Personal Information we collect about you, as well as to request that we disclose how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information.
California residents also have a right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA.
No sale of Personal Information. Linus Crafts does NOT sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) your Personal Information or your customers’ (Users-of-Users) Personal Information to third parties, and Linus & Crafts has not sold Personal Information in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Privacy Policy.

No Discrimination. Linus & Crafts does not discriminate against any User for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
California consumers can exercise their CCPA rights directly or through an authorized agent by signing in to their registered Linus & Crafts account at www.linusandcrafts.com and following the instructions outlined below. Please note: in order to protect Users’ accounts and Personal Information and safeguard Users’ privacy rights, we verify Users’ deletion and access requests, and to that extent, we may ask you for additional information or documentation (depending on the case), such as account related information, and, in some cases, billing information used to purchase paid Services, and a copy of documents that can assist with verifying your identity.

Such identification documentation (if requested) will be used only for verification purposes and we will delete it after your request is processed.
The following instructions apply to Personal Information we may collect from California residents on or through our Services.

Right to Know: If you want to exercise your right to know or receive a copy or access the Personal Information that you have stored with us, please submit a request by email to linusandcrafts@gmail.com.
Right to Deletion: If you want to exercise your right to request deletion of any of your Personal Information that you have stored with us, please submit a request by email to linusandcrafts@gmail.com.
Once we receive and verify your consumer request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request promptly and consistent with requirements under applicable law.
Please note that permanently deleting your Linus & Crafts account erases all of your Personal Information from Linus & Crafts's databases. After completing this process, you can no longer use any of your Linus & Crafts Services, your account, and all its data will be removed permanently, and we will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. Additionally, if you contact our support channels in the future, the system will not recognize your account, and support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.
